They had English speaking support and were able to connect me with a doctor same day but I went in asking for testing which they denied me before I met with the doctor and then charged US based prices (far more than the costs elsewhere in Vietnam) and they also only gave a day of medicine to help me rather than more (longer term support) and when I went back to get a refill they required I meet with the doctor again and spend MORE just to do that. I was able to get the medicine from a local pharmacy which was much better later.
