Staff english was good. I felt they didn't do too well in communicating the procedure and what to expect i.e. they didn't set my expectations too well and at times I felt uncomfortable with them laughing and speaking in Indonesian. Overall though, a clean medical practice with great after-care and good availability for appointments.
