The first clinic that we went to, which was called Ocean Medical Selong, was not good at all. They did a great job cleaning but they tried providing a vaccine, which was not the right vaccine. The second clinic that we went to, which was Kuta Kembar, was very professional and very helpful.

The staff were really professional and friendly. They assisted me immediately and spent time cleaning up my wounds and made sure I was able to walk away without any problems

Generally the staff was friendly but they provided me with little information. Especially when it came to when to leave. I spent lots of time just sitting around waiting to be released but always had to wait for the main doctor to come to approve things.
